A 5-day program in Alashan that combines cultural and historical immersion with hands-on learning. Students visit a local ecomuseum and sites of historical importance, gaining perspective on the nomadic Mongol way of life and the Silk Road that once crossed these sands.
Environmental awareness runs throughout — tree planting on the desert margins and lessons in Gobi ecology bring conservation to life. Desert activities are adapted for groups: camel riding, trekking, sandboarding, and stargazing under some of the clearest skies on Earth.
Every group is supervised by local Mongol ethnic guides who share the land, its language, and its living traditions.
